We cannot be responsible for missing packages sent on our standard Royal Mail 48 service. Sadly, this does occasionally happen. If you require a tracked service (recommended), please select this at checkout.
International orders vary between countries (for example, USA should be 5-7 working days from dispatch). For further information, please contact us here.
Personalised prints will be dispatched within 5-7 working days. If you're in a hurry, please contact us.
If you have placed an order containing personalised and non-personalised items, please note that they will arrive separately.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Yes! We offer international delivery on all items except custom prints.
If you wish to buy a custom print and live internationally, please contact us for pricing.
Please remember that we are not responsible for any customs or tax charges that may be applicable in your country. It might be best to check these out before you order.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS/REFUNDS?
We offer refunds and exchanges within 30 calendar days of purchase on all items except for personalised prints. Please send us a message here, so that we can advise.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be returned to us unused and unopened, in the exactly the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for the costs incurred in returning your item and all shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect when dispatched by us, in which case we sincerely apologise).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are posting an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Sadly, we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
As we make our personalised prints to order, we are under no circumstances able to offer refunds on these if you change your mind. It takes a lot of time and care to make these for you :)
MY ITEM HASN'T ARRIVED. WHAT SHALL I DO?
Oh no! First of all, please triple check that you entered your address correctly. You can find it in your order confirmation email. Secondly, please check with that you haven't received a card from the postal service or courier. Failing that, we like to ask the neighbours or local sorting office to see if it's hiding there. If after all of that, there's still no luck, please let us know here and we'll do our best to help.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHALL I DO?
We take our packaging very seriously so that our product arrives to you in perfect condition. Occasionally, accidents happen though and if your item has been damaged in transit, please let us know here so that we can help.
